    Townhouse Condominium community

    47-year old private property

    In 1979, a private community was built containing 52 townhouses with one-bedroom 1,246 sqft, two-bedroom 1,301 sqft, and three-bedroom 1,490 sqft floor plans.  All units (except two units) have a detached two-car garage that is oversized for an extra storage area.


    We are one of the very few condominium communities in OKC that have an oversized two-car garage.  Every unit has: a fireplace with gas starter, washer and dryer connections, concrete upper floor, electric kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator ice maker water line, electric oven and stove range, gas heated hot water tank, and gas central heating that heats like a home - not an apartment.


    The only amenity in the community is a dog park.


    One of the most attractive things about our community is the location.  Two Forty Place Townhomes is 4.5 miles south of downtown Oklahoma City.  Located on the south east corner of Western Avenue and I-240 service road means you are minutes from anywhere in the city.  You are able to get right on and off the highway without going through many street lights.
